Fall season started on September 12th, with everyone at home

and was completed on December 5th.  New season starts on January 9th

   Quigley's is no longer with us, teams have re-located to the Salty Dog.

   (directions, see below)

 

We still have vacancies for a couple of players,  (SDog1 and Bet2)

  I am paying a finders fee ($25.) for league members who refer an associate to fill these holes

and we need a a part time Quizmaster (referee) too   -   QM's even get paid !!

 

Both Murphy's teams have moved to Feathers

      962 Kingston Rd - Just a few steps west of Gabby's Kingston Rd

Both Quigleys teams have moved to the Salty Dog

      1980 Queen St East (at Waverly, between Lee and Woodbine)

 Protests and Weekly results

 

Protests:                

                        Dec. 5   -  Better attendance again, Avg 5.06;  Tops (with 9) were Mike and Tim                       

                        Nov. 28 -  Better attendance, Decent scores Avg 5.25;  Six players scored 9 or more

                        Nov. 21 -  Crappy attendance, OK scores Avg 5.07;  Blue Bombers and Our American Cousin gladly accepted

                        Nov. 14 -  A reasonable night - Avg. 5.16,  Pat, Dave and Greg each got 9's

                        Nov 7   -   Not great but OK - Avg 4.85.  Richard H somehow knows everything

                        Oct 24   -  Much better - Avg was 5.24.  South Americas was OK for the Aconcagua question, breaking a tie;

                                          SDog2 wins the game.  In the very beginning Metropolis appears to be TO - Complaints are groundless

                        Oct. 17  -  I think I am getting delusional, Avg. only 4.34 - Jason wears the crown with 8  (some spell triangle with 8 letters)

                        Oct. 3    -  4th consecutive difficult week; Will we ever learn - Mark B got a 9, Barb had an 8  -  Average was 4.51

                        Sept 26 - Those who questioned my intelligence have been duly credited;   Yogi never moved west;

                                          Falklands are disputed; but bile is really from the liver,  Average again stunk at 4.41, only 2 rounds over 50%          

                        Sept 19  - Tough night - Lousy Weather, Lousy participation (12 vacancies), and Lousy scores (Avg. 4.44)  

                                          I did accept two protests re Catholicism "See" (Madelon) and "Vicar of Christ" (Tim)                    

                        Sept 12  - OK a little to tough,  Average was 4.51. Scott (Feathers) was King
